Our company is looking for a candidate to join the team as a junior consultant,project management intern.

For minimum of 6 months
Based in Shanghai (city center).
The candidate should be able to manage web projects (webmastering) and deal with international clients.

The candidate should:
- be interested in online advertising, marketing, media and communication industry.
- be willing to learn, positive minded, organized, proactive, creative and a team player
- have good communication skills
- be able to carry out instructions quickly and accurately
- be very detail-oriented, hardworking and able to meet deadlines
- be able to learn quickly and work on his/her own if required
- have fluent verbal English and French,good written English and French. (A third language, such as Japanese/ Chinese would be a plus.)
- have proficient MS Office skills, good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge (Basic knowledge of PhotoShop, data analytical skills and being at ease with statistics would be a plus.)
- The candidate does not need to have a strong interactive background but should have a strong interest in it and a desire to learn.
- The candidate should able to interact with client directly and in English
- For those with less experience, a previeous internship in the Marketing field is a plus.

DUTIES:

Working closely with our engineering team reviewing engineering equipment we are manufacturing
Review manufacturing progress and delivery schedules
Review with engineering management current equipment designs and look for opportunities to improve designs
Develop standards drawings and manufacturing techniques fro our developing range of food industry equipment
Preparation of an engineering guidelines best practices manual for our team
Develop project management program to allow engineers/ management to schedule manufacturing/ ordering components/ track schedule and costs
